News:
As of February 11, 2012 we are now online with the new water system. It may take a week to 10 days from this date for a difference to be noticed. The water at this time is being provided to the Town without added flouride. The City of Saskatoon is not currently using their flouride system.
Council has decided to refund all customers who were actively receiving water September 2011 a one time amount of $150 to compensate for the delay in the “city” water being delivered. We expect to have water by the end of February 2012.
The latest update for December 2011 can be found here.
We are in the process of converting over to new radio frequency (RF) meters for measuring water consumption. The new meters measure in cubic meters as opposed to gallons. If you have a new RF meter installed in your home click here for an explanation on how to read your utility bill.
We are currently installing the new water meters with the help of Lawrence Graham and Dean Bodnarek. Please contact the Town Office at 492-2202 to have your name added to the list of installations. Leave a message with your name, address and whether you prefer daytime or evening installation.
